- Shipping options are dependent on your delivery location, weight, size and value of your order. Unless otherwise agreed by us, we will deliver your Products to the address indicated on your Order Confirmation. If no-one is available to take delivery of your Products, our carrier (Australia Post) will leave a card so you can pick-up your Product from your local Post Office. Where delivery is by our courier service and no-one is available to take delivery, they will leave a card requesting you to telephone them to arrange a suitable time and date for delivery. We will use our reasonable efforts to deliver your Products to you within the estimated delivery time indicated on your Order Confirmation; however, we do not guarantee that we will deliver within this time frame. Title and risk of loss to all Products will pass to you on delivery.

When you deal with us, the information we may collect from you includes your name, organisation, address, telephone numbers and email addresses and perhaps credit card details. It may also include details of the products we provide to you as well as the status of any order you place with us. We only collect information directly from you and primarily for the purpose of providing the products to you and to administer and manage invoicing. We may occassionally use your information to promote and market to you products which we consider may be of interest to you, unless you contact us and tell us not to do so. Atlas Sports & Promotions will not sell or pass on any information to third parties unless required by government authorities or in the event of debt recovery.
